James Lesko, P.E.

James Lesko, P.E. founded AgH2O Holdings, L.L.C. in 2005. As CEO, he is involved in every aspect of the business, including procurement, contract negotiations, bid creation and overall project management.

Prior to founding AgH2O Holdings, L.L.C., James worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years, spending most of his career in the Northeast. He started out at the Port Authority of NY & NJ, serving as a project engineer at the George Washington Bridge and the Holland Tunnel. He was also involved in the 1993 reconstruction of the World Trade Center.

Additionally, James served as the office engineer at the Newark International Airport. He was also a project engineer at both the Coney Island $41 million Water Pollution Control Plant and the $29 million foundation rehabilitation of New Jersey’s Bayonne Bridge.

In Texas, AgH2O Holdings, L.L.C. was responsible for the construction of the new national headquarters for Reagan Outdoor Advertising in Austin. The Company also earned a multi-year contract with the Austin Housing Finance Corporation to perform architectural barrier removal projects and emergency home repairs.

James is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, N.J., where he earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Delaware and Texas.

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Construction Management Association of America and the Austin Contractors and Engineers Association.
