James Lesko, Owner, AgH2O Holdings, LLC
An accomplished engineer with an exceptional record of success and more than 25 years of experience, James Lesko, P.E., owner and general manager of AgH2O Holdings, LLC, provides valuable insight into the elements that drive successful project management, having completed numerous public and private projects ranging in scope from $10K to $100M.
Having begun his career with the Port Authority of NY & NJ, James was directly responsible for field supervision, financial reporting, contract negotiation, management, and closeout for some of the most recognized landmarks and building sites in the NY-Metro area including the George Washington Bridge, the Holland Tunnel, Newark-Liberty International Airport, and the World Trade Center’s 1993 reconstruction.
For the next 12 years, James honed his project management experience on a variety of civil engineering projects based throughout the NY-NJ area including John F. Kennedy International Airport, Queens NY’s 39th Street Bridge, construction of Coney Island’s $41M Water Pollution Control Plant, and the $29M foundation rehabilitation of the Bayonne Bridge in Bayonne, NJ.
In 2005, James moved with his family to Texas where he founded AgH2O Holdings, LLC. His experience spans contract management and administration, engineering, field inspection, budget reporting, subcontractor scheduling and negotiation, and materials procurement in the civil, military and private sectors. Lesko expanded his services to include a full line of landscape and nursey supplies, providing clinets witht eh region’s best native products.
James holds both a MS and BS in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Delaware and Texas.
AgH2O Holdings, LLC is approved to bid on Texas Department of Transportation projects to $300K aggregate, and is registered with the Federal Government Central Contractors Registry, as well as many local and statewide agencies within Texas. AgH2O is also bondable up to $350k aggregate, fully insured and will provide only your project with a safely trained and fully documented workforce. AgH2O is registered with the Federal Central Contractors Registry (CCR) and the Texas Dept. of Transportation (TXDOT).
